Gombe State Govt. Promises Subsidised Fertilisers for Farmers

The Gombe State Government has affirmed that it is working to provide subsidised fertilisers for the 2022 wet season farming, calling on farmers in the state to remain calm and expectant.

The Governor of the state, Muhammad Inuwa Yahaya, during a live media chat on Monday explained that the government’s plan to provide fertilisers for farmers during the 2022 wet season farming was left hanging due to challenges occasioned by COVID-19 pandemic as well as the ongoing Russia/Ukraine crisis.
