To sustain the drive for food security and safety, the Poultry Association of Nigeria (PAN) has urged local farmers to adhere to strict biosecurity measures in their farms at all times to prevent frequent disease outbreaks among the flock.
The Lagos State Chairman of the association, Mr Godwin Egbebe, during a media interaction on Tuesday in Lagos, said improved biosecurity measures would ensure supply of wholesome meat and reduce the risk associated with poultry production.
